Dear PTCL Executives,
I'm completely fed up with how you've ignored and treated my past complaints. Yes, I'm referring to the reoccurring problem with my PTCL landline bill for (landline number). It's past time that someone took me seriously. Every time I try to remedy this issue by dialing 1218, I feel like a hamster in a wheel, always running yet getting nowhere.
To be honest, your lack of reaction is an insult to your customers. To make matters worse, I received a call from a post office officer who simply claimed that I had complained about the wrong number. Incredible! Even as I write this, I can hardly believe the gall. How is it possible that your service area doesn't include Sialkot?
My patience, dear PTCL, has worn thin. Your negligence on this matter has been noted and it is not brushed under the carpet as you might have hoped. I expect asolution, and I expect it post-haste. I don't care how you solve this issue. Just get it done.
